If you’re interested in a career in healthcare, have you thought about which area you would want to specialise in?

This ARCH event is an amazing opportunity to hear about a range of specialisms and take part in hands on workshops, including having a go at suturing! The team of medics are all supporters of CLEFT and are even planning to have a surgery demonstration.

Abbey Alumna, Dr Shonnelly Novintan will be leading the event, sharing her career story of becoming a plastic surgeon, explaining why specialisms are so important and how when they work together, they can truly change lives.

Dr Novintan will be joined by dentists, a speech and language practitioner, a clinical psychologist and more.

This will be an amazing opportunity to learn about the pathway into their roles and take part in some hands-on activities!

More details to follow.

This event is free but donations to CLEFT, The Abbey’s Charity of the Year, will be welcomed.
